Fun, Fire Houses and 1st Grade School Plays :)

Going into March we had a ton of fun!  Birthdays, a trip to the fire house, and a 1st grade play!  It seemed as though the boys always had something to look forward to and we had a lot of fun!
Jake in his Sparkie vest!  He loved having a vest again this year while he earned all of his badges and charms.
Jake had learned how to play Go Fish and loved it so much he taught AJ how to play.  They enjoyed playing so much they even decided on this morning to play it before school.
Adorable AJ in his mouse ears.  We had bought these for the boys on their first trip to Disneyland as a must have for me...but so glad that they still enjoy them.
On this morning Ryan and I took AJ to a kids consignment sale and he fell in love with castle.  We bought it for him and he was on cloud 9 for quite some time.  Even when we had to stop by Braums for milk on the way home he told the cashier all about it.  :)
The Cub Scouts Fire House Tour.  The boys were so excited for this...especially AJ who absolutely adores fire trucks!
"Wow!!"
Lookin good Jake

A great night for the den!
Around Jake's birthday we got to bring in treats for him to share with his class.  You can see he is a bit shy as they all sing happy birthday to him :D
The first grade play...EIEI Oops!  :D  Jake had so much fun with this play and loved every minute of practices, and then presenting the play to all the grades and then the parents at school.  He ate it up!  Also helped that the choreographer is a friend that is in charge of AWANA and gave him some special jobs.  He thought he was a star...and was. :)

Cute farmer
AJ was very proud of his brother
A very big treat was that his Pa Wayne happened to be in OK working an hour and a half away and he was able to make it to see Jake's play and go out to dinner with us.  Jake was so excited to have him there and get to show off a bit.  :)
